How to Book a Room
Congratulations on becoming an Explore Pass Travel Agent Partner!
To book an Explore Pass Package:
1. Click the logo above to unlock the direct booking link for your hotel of choice. The discount code will be automatically applied. Once you enter in your reservation details, you will unlock the "Explore Pass Package"
rate listed under each room type.
2. Make sure the "Explore Pass Package" is selected under the room type needed by your guest and then continue with the reservation as normal.
How to Receive Commissions
1. Keep track of all reservations processed.
2. Once a month, create an invoice that includes: Guest Full Name, Hotel Name, Confirmation Number, # of Room Nights, Rate.
3. Deduct $27 per Explore Pass Package sold and invoice us for 10% of the remaining room rate charges.

Payment will be made 30-45 days following receipt of invoice in our office.

3 Valid for leisure travel only.
4 A credit card and identification will be required upon arrival at the hotel.
